Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns for store credit on  any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.

USA Returns 

Simply email us with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s) using this  email address info@dhbydh.com  

In order to return your garments you MUST have access to a printer. 

Here are the steps you need to follow to send any items back to us:

  1. A return label will be sent via Email to you 
  2. Print the return label once generated.
  3. Wrap your item/s
  4. Securely attach the return label.
  5. Take your parcel to your local depot and pay the postage fee.

Once you have sent the item(s) please provide us with proof of return AND tracking number

Once we receive the item(s), we shall then proceed to send you a Store Credit via email.

please note we offer free returns on YOUR FIRST RETURN PER ORDER. 
Subsequent  returns on the same  order will be the responsibility of the customer 

Please note Store Credit’s will not include any previous shipping costs.

Upon receipt it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return.

 

International returns 

simply email us for return address. . Once you have sent the item(s) please provide us with proof of return AND tracking number within 7 days. 
International orders do not receive return labels. 

Once we receive the item(s), we shall then proceed to send you a Store Credit via email. Sale items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT.

Please note Store Credit’s will not include any previous shipping costs.

Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Please email info@dhbydh.com with your order number.
